Size S/M: 18.5-20 inches at widest elastic setting without stretching
Size M/L: 19-21 inches at widest elastic setting without stretching
Elastic can stretch an extra 2-2.5 inches past the smallest and widest settings

I have my bio hair. This is the best wig grip I have ever owned, and I have owned plenty. The others would end up moving and sliding and it did not help that my head is flat at the back. I have been wearing this one now for over a week and my wig does not move, nor does the grip. Also, my hair is very fine and the velcro does NOT pull at my hair at all. Thank you!
This is the best grip for fine hair I’ve found. The non-slip silicone wig side paired with the texture grip hair side is the most effective combination.
